- Create deepfakes or misleading synthetic media without disclosure
- Spread misinformation, disinformation, or propaganda
- Promote violence, self-harm, or dangerous activities
Malicious Activities
You may NOT use our services to:
- Launch cyberattacks, hacking attempts, or DDoS attacks
- Distribute malware, viruses, or ransomware
- Conduct unauthorized surveillance or stalking
- Scrape data without authorization or violate robots.txt
- Bypass security measures or access controls
Spam and Abuse
You may NOT use our automation services to:
- Send unsolicited commercial emails (spam) in violation of CASL
- Conduct phishing or social engineering attacks
- Create fake accounts or impersonate others
- Manipulate reviews, ratings, or social media engagement
- Overload systems or abuse API rate limits
Biased or Discriminatory AI
You may NOT create AI systems that:
- Discriminate based on protected characteristics (race, gender, religion, etc.)
- Make unfair decisions in hiring, lending, or housing
- Profile individuals for discriminatory purposes
- Violate human rights or dignity
4. Data Usage Requirements
Training Data
When providing data for AI model training, you must:
- Have legal rights to use all training data
- Obtain necessary consents for personal information
- Comply with PIPEDA and other privacy laws
- Not include sensitive personal information without proper safeguards
- Disclose any known biases or limitations in your data
